On the hunt…

My brother’s birthday is coming up this Thursday, and our oven is d-e-a-d so I’m on the hunt for a gluten-free no-bake cheesecake. (Really, anything gluten-free, no-bake, and good for a celebration.)

There is an Adopt a Gluten Free Blogger event going on over at Book of Yum and I am excited to particpate!  I have adopted Ellen from I am Gluten Free and am really looking forward to making these bagels this week.
